Knowledge Base is the home for Ploud help from Enfold Systems

The vendor, Enfold Systems, operates the help desk for Ploud while the Library of Michigan provides program management and orientation and training for beginners. Generally speaking, new libraries and/or new staff can work with Sonya for one-on-one webinars and during regional, in-person, group training, and then Enfold will take over.
