Welcome to Michigan's Plinkit Home!
Welcome, we're glad you're here! On this site you can read up on what's involved in participating in Michigan's Plinkit program.
Application to Have a Plinkit Web site
During the initial enrollment period we had over 40 libraries apply. We
will work with these 40 libraries before addressing new libraries. To
stay updated on the progress of Plinkit in Michigan, please check
back at this Web site or join the Plinkit listserv.
We are accepting applications for future Plinkit libraries.
February Progress Report
I'm happy to report that we have already found that we can move faster than anticipated with providing Plinkit Web sites to libraries. We had initially planned for a quarterly "add" schedule - where one of each of the 9 planned groups would be added each quarter. Group 1 is being trained in April and now Group 2 has been scheduled for May. We will re-evaluate again in April whether we are able to do Group 3 in June and I'm feeling optimistic!
